This policy explains how Savemore Wholesale Pty Ltd handles returns and refunds. It sits alongside — and never reduces — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Damaged, short-supplied or incorrect deliveries
Check your order on arrival. If a carton arrives damaged, an item is missing, or the goods are not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your invoice number, a description of the problem and photographs of the goods and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, credit or refund, and we cover the return freight where the fault is ours or the carrier’s.
Products near or past expiry
Batch and expiry details can be confirmed before you order. If goods arrive with less shelf life than we confirmed, contact us and we will replace them or refund you.
Change of mind
Because these are therapeutic goods, we cannot resell stock once it has left our supply chain. We are not obliged to accept a return simply because you have changed your mind. If you have ordered incorrectly, contact us as early as possible — where the goods are unopened, in original sealed cartons, still in date and the manufacturer will accept them back, we will do what we can. Any restocking and freight costs are quoted to you before a change-of-mind return is agreed.
What we cannot accept
- Goods that have been opened, used, repacked or relabelled.
- Goods that have not been stored as directed on the label.
- Goods returned without being agreed with us first.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the account used for the original payment, normally within 10 business days of the goods being received back or a claim being approved.
