These terms apply to quotes issued and orders supplied by Savemore Wholesale Pty Ltd (ABN 74 603 050 746), trading as Savemore Wholesale. Placing an order means you accept them.
1. Quotes and orders
Prices quoted are in Australian dollars. A quote sets out the products, quantities, unit price, freight and expected lead time, and is valid for the period stated on it. Stock and pricing are confirmed at the time of quoting and can change until an order is accepted. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing.
2. Payment
Payment terms are as stated on your quote or invoice. Unless we have agreed credit terms in writing, orders are dispatched after payment has cleared. Title in the goods passes to you on receipt of payment in full.
3. Delivery
Goods are dispatched from the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warehouse to the address you nominate, anywhere in Australia. Lead times and freight charges are confirmed with your quote before you pay. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
4. Inspecting your order
Please check your delivery on arrival. Tell us within 7 days of delivery if anything is short-supplied, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, and keep the packaging so a claim can be made.
5. Products and product information
Product descriptions on this website are summarised from the manufacturer’s published product details and are provided for general information. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. We do not give health or medical advice.
6. Resale
Where you buy for resale, you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including storage, labelling, therapeutic-goods advertising and consumer-law obligations in the market where you sell. You must not represent yourself as an agent, distributor or authorised representative of the manufacturer.
7. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid.

Swisse® is a registered trade mark of Swisse Wellness Pty Ltd. Savemore Wholesale Pty Ltd is an independent supplier and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of Swisse Wellness Pty Ltd. All trade marks remain the property of their owners.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when your order is accepted is the version that applies to that order.
